• You will not create multiple or duplicate accounts. Any user found operating multiple accounts to exploit referral or daily rewards will have all associated accounts permanently banned without payout.
• You will not use VPNs, proxies, or any automated scripts/bots to interact with the platform.

3. Completing Tasks and Earning

Pandacash provides opportunities to earn rewards by completing specific tasks (e.g., sharing posts on Facebook, uploading WhatsApp status screenshots, or claiming daily check-in rewards). You agree that:

• All tasks must be completed manually and exactly as instructed on the task page.
• Any submitted proofs (like screenshots or post links) must be authentic. Uploading fake, modified, or old proofs will result in task rejection and potential account suspension.
• We reserve the right to review, approve, or reject any task submission at our sole discretion.
• Account balances are virtual representations of potential earnings and hold no monetary value until successfully withdrawn.

4. Withdrawals & Payouts

Users who reach the minimum withdrawal threshold may request a payout to their registered local bank account. Please note:

• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to review and verification of your task activity.
• As stated in our disclaimer, all payouts are funded by ad revenue. If external partners delay, withhold, or cancel ad revenue, user payouts may be delayed or cancelled accordingly.
• You must provide accurate bank details matching your profile identity. We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect accounts provided by you.

5. Affiliate & Referral Program

You may invite friends using your unique affiliate link. You will earn rewards for eligible referrals who actively participate on the platform. Creating fake accounts to act as your own referrals is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of all balances.

6. Platform Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Pandacash.ng at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
